Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Please note that perishable goods, such as food items, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team by phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
  4. Package the item(s) securely using the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  5. Drop off the package at the designated shipping location or schedule a pickup with the provided return shipping label.

Refunds and Store Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or issue a store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Store credits can be used towards future purchases at Lena’s Organic & Natural Goods.

Product Warranty

In addition to our returns policy, we also offer a warranty on select products. This warranty guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time, generally stated on the product page or packaging.
